Hilde joined Momentum in 2014 after 5 years as a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
In BCG, she worked primarily with profitability improvement and organizational development in a wide range of industries, spanning IT, media, renewable energy and shipping.
She also had the pleasure of working with humanitarian organisations such as the Norwegian Refugee Council and the World Food Programme. The tools and skills developed in Hilde's consulting career have proven valuable in her capacity as early-phase investor and board member through Momentum.
Hilde holds a Master of Science in Finance from NHH Norwegian School of Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Administration from Université de Toulouse 1 in France.
